Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and BossFree. By joining the waitlist, creating an account, or accessing any part of the platform, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to use BossFree. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

Accounts are for one person. Sharing credentials, reselling access, or using a single membership across a team is a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate suspension without refund. If you need access for a team, contact us about a business plan.

Tell us promptly at legal@bossfree.com if you believe someone has used your account without permission.

The Elite Network opens to new members a limited number of times each year. Joining the waitlist reserves a place in the queue; it is not a guarantee of admission, and it creates no obligation on either side until you accept a membership offer and complete payment.

Membership grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the course library, briefs, and community for the duration of your subscription. It does not transfer ownership of any material to you.

Membership fees, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete a purchase. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• chevron_rightYou may cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• chevron_rightNew members may request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment, provided they have completed no more than 20% of any single course.
• chevron_rightFailed payments may result in suspension of access until the balance is settled.

Refunds outside the window above are at our discretion and do not set a precedent for future requests.

The platform depends on founders speaking candidly about live businesses. To protect that, you agree not to:

• chevron_rightRecord, download, republish, or redistribute course material, briefs, or community discussions outside the platform.
• chevron_rightShare screenshots or transcripts of member discussions in a way that identifies another member without their consent.
• chevron_rightScrape the platform or use automated tools to extract content, including for training machine learning models.
• chevron_rightReverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• chevron_rightUse the community to spam other members, solicit investment, or promote unrelated commercial offers.
• chevron_rightPost anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for conduct that breaches this section.

BossFree and its creators retain all intellectual property rights in the platform and its content, including course videos, written frameworks, templates, and the BossFree name and marks. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

Templates and worksheets explicitly labelled as such may be used inside your own business, including commercially. They may not be resold, relicensed, or distributed as a standalone product or as part of a competing course.

Creators publish on BossFree under a separate creator agreement and retain ownership of the material they produce. They grant us a licence to host and distribute it to members.

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their own material. We review submissions for quality and verify claimed revenue figures where we reasonably can, but we do not independently audit every statement a creator makes.

You keep ownership of anything you post to the community, such as questions, comments, and case studies. By posting, you grant BossFree a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share whatever you post, including any confidential information belonging to your employer or clients.

BossFree provides education, not advice. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, legal, tax, investment, or professional advice, and no material should be treated as a recommendation to take a particular business decision.

Results described by creators reflect their own circumstances, markets, and timing. They are not typical, promised, or guaranteed. You are solely responsible for decisions you take in your own business and should consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

We work to keep BossFree available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance, change features, or retire course material as the library evolves. Where a change materially reduces what your membership offers, we will give you reasonable notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BossFree is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if your payment fails and remains unpaid, or if we are required to do so by law. Where the situation allows, we will give notice and an opportunity to put things right.

On termination your licence to access the platform ends immediately. Sections covering intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.

We may revise these terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify registered members by email at least 14 days before the new version applies and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use BossFree after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You and BossFree agree to try to resolve any dispute informally first by contacting legal@bossfree.com. If that fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
